Scrub Away Winter!

Thank goodness this product arrived before I left for vacation!

Sugar Body Scrub in Lemongrass

I use many of the Beautycounter products daily, but this was the first time I had used the body scrub. Instead of ashy flaking skin, I now have smooth, soft skin that looks much younger than it did the day before. My winter skin needs exfoliation and moisture desperately. To use, turn off the water at the start of the shower a couple of times each week and use a small amount of this scrub to massage into hands, arms, feet, legs, and shoulders before turning the water back on. When I emerge, I feel like a new woman!

    1. It has not clogged the drain nor did I slip around. I turned the water back on and finished my shower after using it; it was washed away from the tub as well as me in the process.

  1. Hi Susan,
    Enjoy your site very much.

Was wondering if Mr. Mickey is also vegetarian.
I have carnivore, sweet tooth addict and junk food junkie.
He is horrible at eating vegetables unless they are smothered or covered in something to take away the appearance of looking healthy.
I get very frustrated because I love my veggies.

Tried sneaking tofu with eggs. He threatened to pack his bags.

We are in our 60’s and in pretty good health. No meds. Just want to keep it that way. Any tips?

    1. Mr. Mickey is the one who introduced me to the book “Eat To Live” by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. After he had a massive stroke and ended up in Intensive Care for five days, he decided that he must make changes. I saw his results and read the book too. I will never go back to eating processed food or meat again.

  2. And I thought I was the only one who suffered from flaky skin even afterparty exfoliating with a scrub from a different brand.
Thanks you so much for this. Don’t know if this brand is sold in Germany. Will check it out first before ordering on Line.
