  36. Prayers for you and your family. I have enjoyed your blog for years and appreciate you sharing your story. Caregiving is a lot! I have also been in this situation- my husband has had four spine surgeries in the last 24 months. And my parents (89 and 90) are struggling as well. Wishing you all the best!

  39. Thank you for your kind cards, emails, and comments. My father has been transferred out of the hospital and into a rehab facility. My sister and I have been taking shifts to assist in his care and to help him with meals.

  40. Be sure to look after yourself , and your sister too, as caring can be exhausting work. My best wishes to you all.
